The Fidelity Team is building a plumbing company for the next generation—one that leverages data and technology to increase efficiency, decrease costs and build plumbing systems of the future. The team is committed to plumbing excellence by paying attention to detail, leveraging technology and finding value add on every project. Their dual mission is to create more space for black plumbing contractors to contract on the large commercial construction projects.

Curtis, born and raised on the south side of Chicago, is a Local 130 Union plumber and VP of Field Operations for Fidelity Plumbing. In addition to extensive experience in the field on commercial high-rise construction, Curtis has experience in estimating, business operations, business development, and data science. Curtis holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering with a focus on data science. Curtis is a 360 thinker and has the ability to think through a project, understand the complexities and develop a plan that minimizes surprises and delays.

Shannon has called Chicago and the surrounding suburbs home for nearly 15 years. She develops strategy and manages the operations of Fidelity Plumbing. She is a licensed attorney and certified project manager with over 15 years experience in law and business. Shannon’s personal mission is to continue supporting the growth of Fidelity Plumbing to better serve its clients and customers, create jobs, and improve lives.
